Respected sir/madam

I am a physically handicapped person and having permanent disability of 40%.I belongs to Distt mainpuri U.P. & living in Delhi since last six year.I need to know how to get handicapped free bus pass in Delhi.I have residence proof of Delhi (Bank account of SBI BANK).Sir, Can you guide me how can I get free pass or not.I am having PH certificate issued by CMO ,MAINPURI. will it work in Delhi or not?
